Will the DiplomaDisplay I choose fit my diploma?
Our frames are sized exactly to fit current diploma sizes at each and every
College & University we offer. If you are ordering a DiplomaDisplay for an
older diploma that is a different size than the currently issued diplomas,
please have the size ready when you call our customer service line. A customer
service representative may be able to place an order for the appropriate sized
frame. Diploma sizes can be confirmed by calling the Registrar's Office at your
institution.
How soon do I have to order?
We ask that you respond quickly because it ensures you receive your
DiplomaDisplay in time to present as a gift during commencement or the
holidays. All holiday orders must be received by December 12th, and the cutoff
for commencement delivery is three weeks prior to graduation.
Which items are most popular?
Our Pen & Ink Premier DiplomaDisplays are by far the most popular and well
received items in our catalogue. These Pen & Ink prints are hand signed and
numbered by the artist for authenticity.
What options do you offer?

When will I receive my DiplomaDisplay?
Orders usually ship within 7-10 days of the time you place your order. All
orders received by the deadline should arrive no later than the business day
before your College or University's commencement ceremony. Orders placed during
the holiday season arrive in time for you to gift wrap it for your
graduate. You can also call us at 1-800-542-1594 if you want
to order after the deadline. In most cases we can still deliver your
DiplomaDisplay within 2 weeks.
